You will be working within two elementary buildings, serving a diverse caseload with the support of an SLA. Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hold a current SLP license (CCC preferred)
- Previous school-based experience recommended
- Comfortable managing a large caseload (approximately 117 students), supported by an SLA
- Familiarity with elementary school settings
- Ability to provide both in-person and VOCO (virtual) services
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary students across two buildings
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to develop and implement IEPs
- Supervise and work alongside the assigned SLA
- Maintain timely documentation and progress reports
- Provide high-quality, inclusive support for a variety of communication needs
