School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Covington, Georgia

Key Qualifications:
- Current GA SLP License or GaPSC Certificate (must obtain both—but either is acceptable to start)
- Open to individuals with Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLA) certification through GaPSC
- SLP-CCC or clinical fellows (CF) encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in a school environment is preferred
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student IEP goals
- Maintain accurate and timely records for student progress and compliance needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and other required school-based meetings
- Utilize evidence-based practices to maximize student success and engagement
Position Details:
- Academic contract spanning July 28, 2026, to May 26, 2027
- Onsite, 37.5 hours per week
- Serve students in a well-established and supportive school community
