Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Mcdonough, GA

This is an onsite, contract opportunity for an SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow seeking to make a meaningful impact while collaborating with educators and families.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Georgia SLP License or GaPSC Certification (one required to start; both will be necessary long-term)
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CF)
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for supporting student learning and social development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain timely and organized documentation of assessments, progress, and treatment outcomes
- Support students’ participation in classroom activities by providing targeted interventions
- Attend meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning as required
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Adjust to caseload and specific assignment details as they become available
