What we're looking for:
- Current Kansas SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience delivering SLP services within a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Comfort managing diverse caseloads across multiple grade levels
- Openness to hybrid service models (onsite and virtual)
Key role responsibilities:
- Full-time middle school: Serve a caseload of 45–50 students at two campus locations
- Full-time elementary: Support 50–55 students across two schools
- Part-time elementary: Provide care for a smaller caseload of 20 students
- Conduct evaluations, develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure optimal student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
- Deliver both direct and consultative services as needed
- Effectively document progress and adapt strategies for student growth
