This position seeks a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide specialized services in an elementary school setting. The role offers a contract assignment covering the remainder of the current school year through June 4, 2026, with full coverage for the first semester of the following academic year.
Location: Cottage Grove, MN (onsite)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to an elementary mixed population
- Manage a caseload of approximately 28 students with active case management duties
- Serve up to 47 students in total across speech-language services
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory and school standards
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred and beneficial for the role
- Experience working within school settings with elementary-aged children
- Strong communication and organizational skills
