Pediatric Speech Therapist in Minneapolis, MN

Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or valid SLPA certification
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
- Experience in pediatric, healthcare, or teletherapy speech services preferred
- Knowledge of best practices in school-based SLP services for K-8 and K-12 students
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Eagerness to work within multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to student-centered, compassionate care
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy for students in K-8 and K-12 buildings
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and support evaluations as needed
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to monitor and report student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all district and state requirements
- Participate in school meetings, professional development, and potential renewal opportunities for subsequent school years
