An exciting opportunity is available for a part-time, in-person Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential testing services for young learners. Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for the state of Texas (or eligibility)
- Current or pending Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) status
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English strongly preferred)
- Previous experience with early childhood or school-based evaluations is highly valued
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with young children and their families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive language and speech assessments for children under age 3
- Collaborate with school staff and other professionals as needed
- Maintain detailed and compliant evaluation records and reports
- Provide culturally sensitive, family-centered support and communication
