Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in the state
- Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Strong assessment, therapy, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Adaptable and comfortable working across multiple school environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students, assessing and addressing communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student IEPs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support and monitor student progress
- Conduct evaluations, write reports, and maintain accurate student records in accordance with school and legal guidelines
- Provide consultation and professional guidance to educators regarding strategies to facilitate student success
