A dynamic opportunity is available for three experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to serve K-12 students in a contract position based in Concord, CA. This role offers the chance to provide essential speech and language services across multiple school buildings, impacting students from Pre-K through 12th grade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy to a caseload ranging from Pre-K to 12th grade students.
- Manage student caseloads effectively, with approximately 35-40 Pre-K to 1st grade students, 40-45 K-8 students, and 50-55 K-12 students.
- Coordinate services across multiple school buildings to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant educational and clinical guidelines specific to school-based practice.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required.
- Experience in school-based speech-language pathology (SLP – School).
- Strong skills in administering assessments and providing targeted interventions.
- Ability to work onsite; virtual SLP placements are not being considered.
- No openings for Vocational Rehabilitation SLPs or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).

- Contract duration: Immediate start through June 5, 2026.
- Weekly hours: 37.5
- Multiple building assignments within the district.
