Full-Time Onsite SLP Walnut Creek, CA
A school district near Concord is seeking a full-time onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the current school year. This role is ideal for an SLP who enjoys meaningful collaboration, comprehensive evaluation work, and direct support of students across a range of communication needs.
Responsibilities

Provide direct speech and language therapy in both individual and small-group settings

Conduct evaluations, interpret results, write clear and professional reports, and contribute to IEP development

Support students with articulation, expressive/receptive language, fluency, voice, and social communication goals

Work closely with teachers, psychologists, OTs, SLPAs, and other team members to promote consistent strategies across environments

Maintain accurate documentation, service logs, progress notes, and assessment records

Attend IEP meetings, student support meetings, and multidisciplinary team sessions
Qualifications

Active California SLP license
-
School-based experience preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds are welcome

Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills

Comfortable working across multiple school sites if needed
