Seeking a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide specialized services in a school setting located in Aurora, CO. This part-time contract position offers 20-25 hours per week, focusing on driving student success through comprehensive speech and language assessments and therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for students.
- Develop, implement, and monitor 8-10 Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) weekly.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to address communication needs.
- Provide bilingual support to meet diverse student populations.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with educational standards.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Colorado license for Speech-Language Pathology (CO SLP).
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC) preferred.
- Proven experience working within schools or educational environments.
- Bilingual proficiency required to effectively support students and families.
- Strong organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation.
