Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language pathology services to elementary school students
- Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations as part of the summer evaluation team
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services and support to students with diverse communication needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- State licensure or certification in speech-language pathology appropriate for school settings
- Experience working in elementary schools with a high support level, preferably serving students with complex communication needs
- Knowledge of current speech and language assessment and intervention techniques
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with students, families, and school staff
