Pediatric School Speech Therapist | Westerville, Ohio
This contract opportunity is for three full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Westerville, OH. The assignments begin ASAP and continue through the end of the school year, offering a dynamic school-year contract for professionals seeking meaningful work within educational environments.
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive speech and language therapy services to no more than 60 students each. The caseloads are spread across one middle school and two elementary schools. The middle school SLP will work primarily from 7:30am to 2:00pm, focusing on student needs during school hours. The two elementary school SLPs will see students from 9:00am to 3:30pm, with typical staff hours running from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Teletherapy options and experience are a plus but are not mandatory.
Desired qualifications and skills:
- Certification and experience as an SLP in schools (K-12)
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion or current CFY eligibility
- Pediatric speech-language therapy expertise
- Familiarity with healthcare and school-based speech services
- Speech-Language Pathology Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of up to 60 students effectively
