Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license for the state of Georgia (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience working with school-aged children a plus
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency in documentation and progress reporting
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and identify students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver direct therapy services, both individual and group, within school settings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster academic and social success for students
- Maintain accurate records of interventions, progress, and compliance requirements
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and professional development
