Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Provide direct speech-language therapy individually and in groups
- Collaborate with educators to integrate strategies into classroom settings
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of assessments, progress notes, and communications
- Educate and counsel students and their families on communication strategies
