Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Columbia, SC

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing evaluations.
- Develop and actively implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to elementary and high school students.
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy to address a variety of communication disorders.
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and school staff to foster student growth and communication skills.
- Ensure accurate and compliant documentation, tracking progress and outcomes.
- Attend paid team meetings and utilize scheduled administrative hours for essential paperwork.
- Manage a dynamic schedule between elementary and high school settings (3 days elementary, 1 day high school).
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Active South Carolina SLP license or eligibility to obtain prior to start.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, healthcare, teletherapy, or clinical fellowship settings is highly valued.
- Must successfully clear all background check and fingerprinting requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
