Key Qualifications:
- Current or pending licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY)
- Eligibility to work in school settings and comfort working with diverse student populations, K-12
- Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Ability to implement evidence-based therapy and develop individualized goals
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Eagerness to participate in IEP meetings and engage with families and educational staff

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to a varied K-12 caseload
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain clear documentation and participate actively in student progress reviews
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote language and communication skills across learning environments
- Remain current with best practices in school-based speech-language pathology
