Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist certification
- State licensure (required prior to start)
- Experience working with elementary and/or middle school students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, voice, language, and communication disorders
- Commitment to supporting diverse student populations
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language services to K–8 grade students
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students' needs in the school environment
- Maintain accurate records and submit required reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Deliver evidence-based therapy, both individually and in small groups as needed
