Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech and Communication Disorders
- Active CDE (Colorado Department of Education) licensure
- CCC-SLP or CF-SLP credential
- Experience or strong interest working with elementary-aged children
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten to 5th grade
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Monitoring progress and maintaining accurate records and reports
- Providing support across a range of student abilities, from mild to severe
- Participating in school-based meetings and professional development when applicable
Assignment details:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week across 5 days
- Begins August 3, 2026 and ends May 28, 2027
- Mild to severe caseload of K-5 students
