School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Collinsville, Oklahoma

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field for SLP roles; associate’s/bachelor’s for SLPA roles
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain it
- School-based or pediatric clinical experience (including CFY)
- Comfort with virtual/teletherapy platforms for remote service delivery
- Familiarity with working across the K-12 spectrum and diverse student needs
- Strong organization and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, diagnose speech/language disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
- Deliver direct therapy services (in-person or remote) aligned with students’ IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to foster positive student outcomes
- Document progress, maintain compliance and contribute to IEP meetings
- Serve as an educational resource on speech and language progress and concerns
- Guarantee consistent student sessions with set full-time hours
