Position Overview:
BlazerJobs c/o School Districts Nationwide is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to provide direct support to students across multiple school sites, including elementary, middle, and high school levels. The SLPA will work closely under the supervision of a licensed SLP, including a virtual lead, to deliver engaging and effective speech and language services to students with diverse communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct direct therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEPs

Collect and document session data and progress notes accurately and timely

Support speech and language development activities in classroom and small-group settings

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success
Qualifications:

Active New Mexico SLPA License required

Previous school-based experience preferred

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Comfortable collaborating with a virtual SLP supervisor
