Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Clinton, SC

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
- Previous school-based experience or strong interest in working with children and adolescents
- Active state licensure as required for public schools
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to develop rapport and advocate effectively for students with diverse backgrounds and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in a K–12 setting
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student goals and progress
- Document student performance and adjust interventions as necessary
- Offer guidance and resources to teachers and caregivers for continued student support
- Attend meetings, trainings, and contribute to a positive school culture
