Position Details
Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Cleveland, OH
Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: Through June 1, 2027
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 40 hours per week
Setting: In-Person
Student Population
This position serves students across multiple educational settings, including:
Pre-K through Kindergarten students
High School students (Grades 9-12)
Students with a variety of disabilities and speech/language needs
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students based on individual needs
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver individual and small-group therapy sessions
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, special education staff, and related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development and progress reporting
Qualifications
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and/or appropriate state credentials
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience supporting students with diverse disabilities and communication needs
- Comfortable working with students from early childhood through high school
