Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current (or eligibility for) state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP-CCC and SLP-CF applicants encouraged
- Experience in school-based settings preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Passion for serving diverse student populations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Deliver therapy services according to students' IEP goals, individually and in small group settings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports
- Contribute to IEP meetings and participate in interdisciplinary teams
