Key Qualifications:
- Eligible for, or in possession of, an active Arkansas SLPA license (or ability to apply)
- Experience working in schools or pediatric settings is a plus, but not required
- Knowledgeable about assessment, treatment, and documentation in speech-language therapy
- Collaborative mindset to assist SLPs with IEPs, evaluations, report writing, and attending meetings
- CFY applicants welcome, as are those with SLP-CCC
Role Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead Speech Language Pathologist with evaluations and direct interventions
- Support treatment planning and implementation for students with diverse communication needs
- Document services provided and progress notes as required
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team sessions
- Collaborate with educators, families, and staff to ensure student success
