Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Active (or eligible) state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, or teletherapy settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt strategies to meet student IEP goals and a variety of learning needs
- Collaborative attitude and commitment to supporting educational teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students with varying abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals for effective intervention
- Deliver direct therapy sessions — in-person or remotely — to support student growth
- Provide consultation and resources to teachers, staff, and parents regarding speech and language development
- Maintain accurate documentation on student progress and services provided
- Participate in IEP meetings, team collaboration, and professional development as needed
