Speech Language Pathologist in Cicero, IL

Key Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in schools or similar pediatric settings

- Ability to develop effective IEP goals and maintain accurate documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech, language, and communication therapy to students in a school environment
- Conduct thorough assessments and collaborate in multidisciplinary meetings to determine student needs
- Develop and implement engaging therapy sessions using individualized approaches
- Offer consultation and training for teachers, staff, and parents to support carryover of skills
- Monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain detailed records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute meaningfully to student support teams
