Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas
- Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and team collaboration skills
- Comfortable traveling between campuses, as the role will be split across two sites
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services in alignment with school goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports as required
- Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to multidisciplinary teams
