Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address targeted communication goals
- Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions within a school setting
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of student progress and outcomes
- Partner closely with educators, counselors, and therapists to ensure coordinated, holistic care
- Involve families in the therapy process by providing education and guidance to support student progress at home and in the classroom
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution required
- Active state license or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is strongly desired
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a diverse team
Candidates must hold or be able to obtain the appropriate licensure approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology and possess a Master’s degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology.
