Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in Illinois
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or equivalent certification (pediatric/school experience preferred)
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services exclusively onsite
- Manage a caseload of 45–50 students in grades 4–8
- Conduct assessments, IEP meetings, intervention planning, and parent/staff collaboration
- Maintain therapy records, progress monitoring, and compliance with school policies
