Speech Language Pathologist

About the Role:
We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual services to K–12 students across Indiana. This is a fully remote, independent contractor (1099) position offering flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from anywhere.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual speech and language evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Provide teletherapy services to students with a range of communication needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
- Attend virtual IEP meetings as needed
Qualifications:
- Active Indiana SLP license (required)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs may be considered depending on support availability)
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and technology
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Technical Requirements:
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Personal computer with webcam and microphone
- Secure, private workspace for providing services
