Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Virtual Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to provide teletherapy services to K-12 students throughout Illinois during the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time remote opportunity supporting students in a school-based setting.
Assignments will be determined based on district needs, clinician experience, and overall fit to ensure the best outcomes for students and staff.

- K-12 student population
- Caseload and school assignments will be discussed during the interview process
- Caseloads vary based on grade level and student needs
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology License
- Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Support Personnel Endorsement for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Virtual therapy experience preferred
Responsiblities
- Conduct virtual evaluations, assessments, and screenings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
- Participate in virtual meetings, including IEP and eligibility meetings
Screening & Credentialing Requirements
- Successful completion of all district onboarding requirements
- Background check and fingerprint clearance as required by the district and state
- Internal eligibility interview
