What you bring:
- Valid state licensure and credentials as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Recent experience working in school-based or pediatric settings, preferably at the elementary level
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and progress monitoring abilities
- Excellent communication and organization skills for collaborating with families and multidisciplinary staff
- Enthusiasm for fostering positive student outcomes
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough evaluations and assessments for students referred for speech/language services
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Supporting students with a wide range of speech and language challenges, in both individual and group formats
- Documenting student progress, maintaining up-to-date records, and communicating regularly with educators and parents
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to a collaborative, student-centered learning environment
