An exciting opportunity is available for a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in early childhood caseloads. This position involves working in an educational setting, providing in-person evaluation and therapy services to young learners. The role offers a Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 32.5 hours per week, designed to maintain a balanced work-life rhythm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for early childhood students.
  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services in an in-person school environment.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and comply with professional and district guidelines.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC, CFY, or School certification credentials.
  • Experience working with early childhood caseloads within school settings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with children and educational staff.

  • Ability to work onsite in Joliet, Illinois.
