Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current and valid state Speech-Language Pathologist license (required)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Previous experience in K-12 school settings preferred, but strong clinical SLPs considered
- Proficient in providing both direct and indirect services to diverse student populations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for family, staff, and student collaboration
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEPs
- Conduct assessments, develop relevant intervention plans, and track student progress
- Cooperate closely with teachers, specialists, and families to support student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in necessary meetings and reporting

- Adapt to a mix of on-site, local travel, or potential virtual service models as needed
