Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Arizona (or eligibility pending)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
- Experience or strong interest in working with diverse pediatric populations in school settings
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Passion for serving students across grade levels and exceptional ability to manage caseload priorities
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication therapy for 33 elementary students (3 days/week) and 16 junior high students (2 days/week)
- Serve as case manager for fewer than 10 students, ensuring individualized attention and compliance with IEP requirements
- Maintain regular, thorough documentation of progress and attend necessary meetings to support students’ goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to maximize student success
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to student needs, utilizing evidence-based practices
- Flex between school sites to address caseload efficiently and participate fully as a valued team member
