Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Current state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology, or ability to obtain
• Strong interest and/or experience in pediatric speech and language disorders
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; organizational skills for managing caseloads and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapeutic services to students in both individual and group settings
• Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as necessary
