Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Active or eligible license for Speech-Language Pathology in the state
- Experience working with pediatric and elementary-age populations
- Open to both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and those holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Knowledge of best practices for school-based SLP services
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and families
- Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students at the elementary level
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations in accordance with state and federal guidelines

- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation, progress reports, and case records
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development sessions
