Position Overview
- Full-time, Monday–Friday (35–40 hours/week)
- Onsite role serving K–12 students (placement based on district need)
- Supervision provided by a licensed SLP to support CF completion
- Full school year contract with potential for renewal
Caseload Details
- Average caseload: 40–60 students (varies by building)
- Students with mild to moderate communication needs across settings

Areas of service include:
- Articulation & phonological disorders
- Receptive/expressive language delays
- Social/pragmatic communication needs
- Fluency and voice disorders

Possible exposure to:
- Autism spectrum disorders
- AAC/assistive technology users
- Early childhood and transition-age students

Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop and implement IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy (individual and small group)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain documentation and compliance
Pennsylvania State Requirements (SLP-CF)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligibility for Educational Specialist Certificate (Instructional I) through the Pennsylvania Department of Education
- Temporary/Clinical Fellowship licensure through the Pennsylvania State Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology
- Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship experience
