- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Eligibility for, or actively in, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in New Mexico
- Familiarity with IEP process and comfort working with school-aged children
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment and intervention services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate closely with school staff, families, and other related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations and progress updates
- Receive direct supervision to fulfill CFY requirements, with dedicated mentorship and support from experienced professionals
