Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Holds or qualifies for state SLP licensure
- ASHA CCC or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or interest in servicing pediatric and school-based caseloads
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Compassion and adaptability in supporting diverse student learning needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions to students (individually and in groups)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP processes
