Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – CCC Preferred / CFY Considered
We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based position in Rockville for the 2026–2027 school year. Candidates holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) are preferred; however, Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered if CFY supervision is established prior to presentation.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Provide speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
Conduct evaluations, assessments, and screenings related to speech and language disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate documentation including therapy notes, progress reports, and evaluation reports
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as appropriate
Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, pragmatics, and communication needs
Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal special education guidelines
Qualifications
Active Maryland SLP Licensure required
CCC-SLP preferred
CF candidates considered with confirmed CFY supervision in place prior to presentation
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Image/copy of licenses required for presentation
