Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow - Nashville, Tennessee

Help shape young lives as a full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) serving a pediatric population. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Active state licensure for SLP, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Passion for helping students reach their fullest potential
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to preschool and school-aged children in an educational environment
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide progress updates and recommendations to stakeholders
- Participate in team meetings and educational planning conferences
- Stay current on best practices and new research in speech-language pathology
