Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Speech-Language Pathologist license (CFY candidates welcome to apply)
- Completion of or eligibility for a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Familiarity with school-based caseloads or coursework related to pediatrics
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Compassionate, flexible, and eager to learn from experienced therapists
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Assess, diagnose, and create targeted interventions for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting in compliance with school policies
- Partner with teachers, parents, and staff to foster student success and engagement in the classroom
