Pediatric Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Manchester, NH

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible for American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- State licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or ability to obtain)
- Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations is highly valued
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and creativity in addressing diverse student needs
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized student planning
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educators and families
- Document progress, maintain records in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Foster supportive, inclusive learning environments that encourage growth and confidence
- Offer consultation and resources to teachers and parents to facilitate carryover of therapeutic strategies
