Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow - Gardiner, Maine

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Either ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or ability to begin Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-age children
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess students with speech, language, and communication needs within a school setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support educational outcomes and generalization of skills
- Maintain detailed, timely documentation in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans
- Provide training and consultation to school personnel as needed
