Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current status as a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate (required)
- Eligibility for Ohio licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Passion for working with school-age children and collaborating with educational teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
- Evaluate, diagnose, and create intervention plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support each child's academic and social development
- Maintain organized documentation and adhere to state and federal regulations
- Attend team meetings, contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and communicate progress effectively
- Receive regular supervision and ongoing support throughout your Clinical Fellowship Year
