Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid SLP license or eligibility (SLP-CCC or SLP-CF)
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Experience supporting students in educational settings preferred
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and student-centered care
- Collaborative spirit and flexible approach to working with multidisciplinary teams
- New graduates and Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support students’ academic and social communication needs
- Track progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal requirements
- Participate in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), IEP meetings, and parent conferences
- Provide consultation and resources to staff and families as needed
