Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Valid state licensure for SLP (or eligible)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric/ school-aged populations
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students facing speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators, families, and other specialists
- Support students’ progress through tailored therapy, aligned with educational goals and best practices
- Maintain clear records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration, contributing expertise in SLP
- Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff, promoting inclusion and student success
