A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) clinician is sought for two exciting school-based opportunities in Centralia, IL. These contract positions provide the chance to support students’ communication development across different grade levels in a dynamic educational environment.

Position Overview:

  • Role 1: Work primarily with students in grades 4 through 8, delivering specialized speech and language services tailored to middle school learners.
  • Role 2: Focus on early childhood through 1st grade, providing interventions and support for EC, Kindergarten, and 1st grade students.

Qualifications:

  • Credentialed as an SLP with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or currently completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in educational or clinical settings
  • Familiarity with school-based speech-language programming including screening, assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based therapy to improve students’ communication abilities
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state regulations
  • Participate in team meetings and communicate regularly with families and school staff
