What you bring:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and staff
- Passion for supporting students’ communication, language, and social development
Key responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, or communication disorders
- Deliver direct speech/language therapy services
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ IEP goals
- Conduct evaluations, provide progress updates, and maintain accurate records
- Offer strategies and tools for educators and caregivers to support student success
- Participate in meetings and professional development to stay current with best practices
- Engage in caseload discussions and planning as part of the interview process
